Friday Five
Friday Five
Hey, hey, hey!
Today I am going to share my second installment of my “Friday Five”. This is where I share my favorite 5 products from the previous week! I am constantly (unfortunately. Sometimes. ha) buying and trying new things. Even though my bank account sometimes hates me for it, I love being able to try new products! So, enough rambling … let's get to the good stuff!
- These sunnies from Forever 21 have been on repeat in my world for quite some time. I have been really loving them lately, though. The slight cat eye and the blue/green reflective lenses just make life a little brighter.
- So Dillard's had a major jewelry sale this past week. I went in with the intention of looking for wedding jewelry. I came out with that and so much more! I have jewelry for school, wedding, honeymoon … you name it, I have the accessories for it. My favorite of them all, though, are these simple gold hoops that each have 3 little pearls on them. So simple yet they still make a statement. Love.
3. I am not normally a huge skin care lover. I know, I know … shame on me. I will hate myself in old age. Blah, blah, blah. This whole wedding business, however, has changed my view on skin care. I have attempted to try and care. But only on the cheap. I am NOT about spending millions of dollars on cream. Just not doing in. But, I was pretty pumped when I found this Boscia Restorative Eye Cream for cheapppppp at Marshalls. I have used the Boscia cleanser and cleansing oil, so I knew I liked their products. And this one did not disappoint! I have been loving it! So go scour your Marshalls and find this high end product on the cheapy-cheap.
4. Back to that Dillard’s sale … hahah (I have a problem. I know.) But for real, this jewelry was on MAJOR sale. I got a Badgley Mischka choker cuff type necklace. I am way not fancy enough to know what it is actually called. But it is gold and sparkly and kind of fancy but totally wearable with super casual outfits! So essentially, it’s awesome. Enough said.
5. Last, but certainly not least, is the one and only thing keeping me even semi on track with this wedding diet. My lovely little FitBit.I have worn it every single day (well, most days. Ok, I didn’t wear it for a whole week! It was a three day weekend and a snow day week and well, honestly, I didn’t want to know what it had to say about my sedentary nature. HA) I have even joined challenges at work and it has really been super motivating.
Happy Weekend :)
